Hi everyone,

I've got an AMD A10-5800K with an GTX 560 (core speed 900MHz) and when i play a game like Far Cry 3, i see that the GPU is in 99-100% load, and the CPU only 50%-55%. How is this possible? I would think that the A10 would sooner be a bottleneck for the 560, instead of the other way around. I'm planning on getting a HD 7870, will i have the same problem there?

Solution
That looks good A10-5800K is a decent CPU for mid range gaming if you want better in game FPS yes it shud do better with 7870 depends what game you want to play and what settings

So a GTX 560 is a bottleneck for a A10? With my HD 7870 (or HD 7850) i want to play games like Total War, Far Cry 3, Need For Speed, Crysis 3 and Dirt 3 at 1080p. What framerate would i get do you think?

I'm sorry, but that is certainly not true. I achieve these framerates yet with my GTX 560 on High settigs (1080p), so i hope i can gain a lot of ultra settings now :)
