Need Help On first Build

I need to build a system that will allow video rendering and picture edits with a little gaming on down the line and some 3d work. I believe the intel I-7 4770k would be the preferred cpu, i was also looking at the asus maximus iv hero for the motherboard with rip jaws xf3-2133c9d-16gxh but i have no clue on a psu or case. Would like any thoughts on my current choices as well as any input for the psu and case. Thanks

lower the better but looking to use no more that $ 1700 USD for the entire build.

I did make it bit other way.
If you are not planning SLI in future then drop the PSU to 550w

if u really wanna go for air cooling go with the Hyper 212 EVO
