look i3 3220 is around 130$ and the i5 3350p would come around 180$
Core i5-3350P is a particularly interesting option at $180. The P suffix is an indication that Intel disables its HD Graphics engine, but we're perfectly alright with such a decision. If you're buying a gaming processor, you're going to want discrete graphics anyway. Consequently, this CPU ducks in under 70 W.
the core i3 would lack in many games so as to the futureproofing get a core i5
even then u want a core i3 cz of ur budget so u can wait for the haswell series core i3 leaving u an option for future upgrade as ivy bridge will be replace by haswell in the near future
my suggestion would be get a 4th gen haswell i5 4430 for 184$ or wait for the haswell i3...
