I'm upgrading my hp sff 6200 pro with a gtx 60 ti boost, this hower requires a lot more power, I'm also going to use an other case. The current specs for the power supply are:
Standard Efficiency: 240W active PFC
High Efficiency*: 240W active PFC 87/90/87% efficient @ 20/50/100% load
Operating Voltage Range: 90 - 264 VAC
Rated Voltage Range: 100 - 240 VAC
Rated Line Frequency: 50/60 Hz
Operating Line Frequency Range: 47 - 63 Hz
Rated Input Current: 4A
Rated Input Current with Energy Efficient* Power Supply: 4A
Current Leakage (NFPA 99): < 275 μA
Power Supply Fan: 92mm variable speed
Power Cord Length: 6.0 ft. (1.83 m)

* High efficiency power supply is a requirement for ENERGY STAR qualification in conjunction with a select range of processors and
modules

It looks to be the one from here:

Its going to be used on this motherboard:

More information can probably be found in this manual at page 19:

If anyone could help me they would be more then welcome, I have no clue what to use, because the motherboard requires special cables that not all psu's have.

Solution
Was going to suggest contacting Dell about whether it's proprietary or not, but you've already answered that there at the end (the special cables), so definitely should contact Dell
