Please explain how to over-clock using the above?

Ive heard people have only managed to get an overclock of about 86MHz? but others have overclocked 1.1GHz?

I want to over clock from 3.4GHz to 4.0GHz?

Pros and cons?

Much appreciated!

Solution
simple bro.
with only a clock of 4.0GHz then simple raise the multiplier to x40 with auto voltage for now.
if you want to then set you LLC to regular and set your DIGI VRM phase control to optimized.
XMP your RAM.
disable CPU Spread Spectrum and VRM Spectrum then save, unit will reboot.

monitor your temps and voltage and report back.

in the motherboard BIOS in the overclocking section, what I listed are some of the changes to make.
I'd have to pull up a BIOS to walk you through it and I can't at this time, I'm going off memory.
