Well this is a big issue for me since i replaced my hard disk already once and am not sure if it's the cause again. I have a pretty beefy PC with 580 GTX, I7 and 8 GB ram. But in every game I'm getting 10-20 second of stuttering every few minutes and then the game starts running
I've cleaned the inside of my PC thoroughly so it's not an issue. I checked MSI Afterburner to see GPU usage but the graph drops when stuttering occurs.
I did Mem86 test for over 3 hours and it found no issues with RAM. I did hard disk tests with HDTunePro and this is what i got. I was told the results were normal.
I have no background applications running in task manager in the background. I have Windows 7.
I scanned for viruses and I'm pretty sure there are none.
At a loss here. Any solution guys?
