Hi there, I purchased a Tt esports Black laser gaming mouse back in Nov. 2012 and after a few months of using it...I am having problems with it.
The mouse is unable to read any surface except white glossy type of paper (the type used on calendar sheets)
Has anyone purchased this mouse before and had issues with it? And is there a solution? I updated the mouse firmware and there still seems to be no progress. I noticed that shining a flashlight at the sensor underneath made the pointer move. What could that mean?
