What are the changes I will need to do in the BIOS at my first boot? I know I need to set the SATA Controller to AHCI and change the boot priority/order, but is there anything else? (1 HDD, Windows 7, Haswell i5, PSU->Corsair HX650)

Nope, that's about it. Check your motherboard's website to make sure your CPU is supported without a BIOS update.

If you want, update the BIOS to the latest version while you're at it, but make sure you follow the instructions on the website very carefully.
