Games playing on intel gfx instead of NVIDIA

I have a laptop with two GPU.
One is Intel one and other is GT 650M and all my games are playing on intel one instead of Nvidia GPU.

I done updating drivers to the latest.
Also i done this step :
Nvidia control center > 3D settings > select my game > choose NVIDIA over Intel

Still my games are playing on INTEL one not on my nvidia plz help i cant play any games.

THEY ARE DAMN LAGGYYYYYYYYYYY !!!

i m playing Resident evil 6 at low settings and getting FPS of 4-5 ..... i saw many video on youtubes and they can play RE6 on high settings without any lag with this GPU.... 650M is not that LOW :( :(

Make sure you have disabled all power saving options and then enable the GT 650M, if there is some sort of hardware switch on the actual laptop, flip it to the setting that enables the GT 650M.

I am doing all these things for 3 days. I updated my nvidia drivers ... then tried games on another windows .... then tried to disable intel drivers but nothing is working
And also there is no option to SWITCH graphic cards .. not even in BIOS.

Help please i cant play any game.

Make sure to disable power saving features, if that does not work, RMA the laptop.
