Looking for an open chassis

Ideally this would be great for transport purpose, and of course to swap parts.
I'd also like the chassis to be fairly strong, and able to hold large video cards (GTX 690/Titan etc), as many as possible, and water cooling capable. This would also mean holding as large a motherboard as possible, and PSU to power it all.
USB 2/3 and esata ports would be a bonus.

I've looked at the Antec skelton, but reviews say some parts are plastic and easy to break.

Recommendations?
