Does anyone know if "OOPS!" is ok to use for cleaning for thermal paste?

Will be getting last part of my computer (CPU) next week. I want to make sure I have something to clean off finger prints, or thermal paste.

The only thing I have around the house is OOPS!, I'm thinking it's like Goof off.

Here are the listed ING.

Ethyl Alcohol
VM&P Naptha
Xylene
Monochloro Toluene

And it says contains less than 810 grams of volatile organic content per liter.

The can says it can be used on metals, but, has anyone used this on a cpu? It's no big deal if I have to get something else, I'd just prefer to use this if it's safe, since I have it on hand.

Solution
I wouldn't use it. Those kinds of solvents are meant to dissolve anything/everything, fairly quickly. Possibly safe, excess or a spill strikes me as a potential disaster.
Pick up a bottle of 91% isopropyl alcohol and use that.

Yea, was pretty much what I was thinking. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't being paranoid.
