Hey guys I'm planning to SLI my GTX 560. (EVGA SuperClocked Edition)

Small side question aswell, Is 71 degrees ok for my GPU while gaming? Idle is around 29

System specs atm:
i5, 3570k 3.4 Ghz
2x4gb DD3 Ram
Around 8 fans
Motherboard: p8b75 ASUS
PowerSupply is 685 Watt ATM.
and I have 2 HDD's.

Ideally you should have it a bit cooler, or you'll ruin it before long, maybe get a case fan to attempt to cool it further

You obviously didnt read my entire post, I have 8 case fans, 3 of them are beside my graphics card.

Once again, brand and model of the PSU? It's extremely important, and can be the difference between buying a new one and keeping your old one.

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 560 (non-Ti) graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 450 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 24 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 560 (non-Ti) graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 37 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most important factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

Can you post a picture of the label that is affixed to that 685 Watt power supply unit?

Maybe with CPU temperatures (and even then it is tolerable albeit just barely)

GPUs are safe up to 85c. 60-75c would be perfectly normal.
