Hi Guys,

I am looking out for a gaming config..

I am currently using

CPU - AMD Athlon II X4 630
Motherboard - Asus M2N68-AM PLUS
Graphic Card - NVIDIA 9400 GT 1 GB
DDR2 - 2gb ram
I am considering an upgrade.

Should I go with a new mobo and a GPU

or

a new AMD FX 6300 based config

or

an Intel i5 based config

The games I play are..
Battlefield 3
Black ops 2
Black ops Ghost (future)
Fifa 13
Far Cy 3
Crysis 3
Call of Duty

gaming is at 1080.

I am not a master though. :) Just give an opinion.

According to your rig there are 2 solutions IMO. Depend on what u need and the detail of your rig. Bombayboy may be right, there is no need for a new CPU UNLESS u want to play these games in 1080 MAX settings.

1. Just get a HD 7750. It's the fastest GPU which doesn't need additional power conductor (and the cheapest way but I don't guarantee 1080p high settings gaming)

or 2. Tell us the brand of your PSU (If u provide us with all voltages and amps details it's appreciated.) and help us make judgement.
