I wanna get an air heatsink that's super quiet for uner $100 that will fit into my cooler master haf xb, I'm also already using the top 200mm fan mount

the phanteks ph-14 mentioned in the earlier post is preetty noisy it can go upto 33dba

i would suggest u to go with noctua nh- which has only 29dba of sound max
and a good performance too better than phanteks
