PSU:400 w MS Industral
MOBO: ASUS M2N68-AM SE2
GPU:Nvidia GeForce 210 ( i have GPU-z and it sas that my card is running at 1.1 speed )
but i need help, how to check if my mobo is 2.0 cuz im gonna buy AMD Radeon 7750 MSI OC 1 GB DDR5 which is PCI-e 3.0 and if my mobo is 2.0 than it will work.
Thanks !

Hi,

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M2N68AM/#specifications

Your mobo is socket am2+ so it surely 2.0.
But the AMD Radeon 7750 MSI OC 1 GB DDR5 will still work even if it's 3.0. (retro compatible)

Note that you might need to change the psu if it a bad quality one (recommend 500w minimum)

Also, the cpu is weak to play modern games. In that case you might want to put money aside and rebuild a new computer

No i opened my case and my socket is AM2 is it still 2.0 ? but i have AMD Athlon II X2 215 which is AM3 CPU

Your cpu is compatible am2+ or am3 but your mobo is am2+

here are the specs of mobo:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M2N68AM/#specifications
CPU
AMD Socket AM2+ / AM2 Processors
for AMD Phenom™ FX / Phenom / Athlon™ / Sempron™
AMD Cool 'n' Quiet™ Technology
AMD64 architecture enables simultaneous 32-bit and 64-bit computing
Support 45nm Phenom™ II CPU

Also on asus website, if the pci-x is 2.0 they just mention 16x
while they clearly mention pci-x 3.0 on the newer boards
