So i have 2 gtx 670 FTW in SLI. Im using the program precision x by evga. They have a k-boost button where if you enable it it keeps both cards fully clocked at all times. Is this bad, i want to enable this when i play games.

More about : bad boost precision

You don't need to have it enabled. The GPUs will ramp up when necessary.

Ok thanks. Just out of curiosity what FPS should i be getting in planetside 2 with ultra settings. It seems low. i get like 50 to 55 and sometimes when im in the open i get like 90.

My rig:

AMD fx 8350 OC'ed 4.5 ghz
H80 watercooler
8 gb ram
120 gb ssd
1 tb hdd
750 watt psu
8 case fans
giabyte 990 fx-ud3

That sounds about right. I'm pretty sure Planetside 2 is poorly optimized.
