Im using a laptop, if my graphics card is lower than the minimum can i play?

I want to play Saints Row 4 when i comes out but i dont think my laptop will be able to run it. I have andAsus N61jq-XV1 it has an Intel Core i7 Q740, 8gb of RAM, and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730. Everything passes the requirements except for the graphics card. Will i be able to play the game on low settings?

Hi,

You might but FPS will still suck and will get lag spikes.
Get a tower for gaming
