Will this case be big enough for SLI 780's?

get the NZXT Phantom 410 it has removable drive bays and it can fit up to 3 long sized gpu's

I'm not sure a 750W PSU is quite enough to SLI a pair of GTX780s, especially if you plan to OC; 850W would be safer.
The case itself appears to be big enough, but I think you'll need to add some fans to keep a system with two hot graphics cards cool. At the very least, add a side intake and at least one top exhaust. If the rear fan is low-speed, you may need a faster one there too.
