This is Inspiron 660s, means Slim

What is your question exactly?

You want to change case?
If yes, you can not use old power supply, unless you use tape and glue.
What is the purpose of your upgrade, or better say, what you want to install and as result you are looking for larger case?

So I presume, you are looking for video card stronger than 7750 or GTX 650, am I correct? Only if yes, you need larger case.

Your motherboard is standard mATX, so any cases will be OK.

Have I just answered you question?

thx very much indeed that was my question i also have another since i have been looking into low profile cards such that would fit into my case and a new smaller power supply that would also fit the case i currently have and i have found to that would work and i have question that u might be able to answer i was looking into a LP 7750 and a seasonic 350w tfx psu would that run it people have said that the base psu would work but i think that it would strain it to much and id rather not burn my mobo would that psu be sufficient here are links to the to items if u may need them

If Sapphire 7750 LP is enough for your needs, I would recommend stop right here, you don't need stronger power supply, go to the link from newegg for 7750 you provided, go to second page of feedback and scroll down to TazarZero post and read first sentence. After this you can say to those people who advised TFX power supply to go away. TFX most likely is not compatible with Inspiron 660s, it was compatible with older Inspirons, but 660s started new line of PSUs, a little different....

If you really want to upgrade your PSU, I would ask you first to measure your existing one, preferably in metric system (millimeters or centimeters) and post measurements here. Then I will look into this more closely. Until then, I would not recommend TFX power supply!

I really lost count of users who upgraded their Dells like yours and with weaker PSUs to 7750, so far no complains, not even one.
You don't have to believe me - look here http://www.hwcompare.com/11734/radeon-hd-6670-oem-vs-ra...

I think that with my last statement the issue is solved.

Can I help you with anything else?

This is the only low profile 650 I seen ZOTAC ZT-61008-10M GeForce GTX 650 1GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
However, despite the fact that it is looks like low profile, it doesn't state anywhere that it is.

yes the zotac one is low profile i mean would that be to much for my psu or same principle as the 7750 cause it the same price and appears to be better than the 7750 plus i want the benefit of physx since ill play alot of borderlands

You right, same principle, however GTX650 takes about 10 watts more for about 65 watt, still below 75 watt supplied by PCIE slot - so you are OK.
