I'm buying a new laptop for school, an HP Envy with 6GB Ram and 750GB hard drive. The man at Best Buy said that it should be able to play Sims 3. These are the Envy's stats:
Processor: AMD A10-Series
Processor Speed: 2.1GHz
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 8610G
Video Memory: Up to 3053MB
Graphics Chip: AMD/ATI
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 8610G
Not sure if you need all of that, but I was wondering if this will be able to play The Sims 3 and all of its expansions. My current laptop (a Toshiba Sattelite) allowed me to play the games for a little bit, but then stopped working. Obviously neither are gaming computers but according to reviews of this Envy it's great for gaming. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
