Someone said that i shouldnt spend more money on this Mobo that has overclocking Bells and Whistles and that i should go with the cheaper one, But I dont know what overclocking Bells and Whistles are and what they are used for.

The 2 Mobos:

Mobo1: http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-1150-HDMI-Displayport-GA-Z87X-UD3H/dp/B00CU4L508/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1374098359&sr=1-1&keywords=Gigabyte+GA-Z87X-UD3H

Mobo2: http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-1150-Overclock-Motherboard-GA-Z87X-OC/dp/tech-data/B00CU4L6DE/ref=de_a_smtd

Mobo1 being the one this person suggested because in his opinion he wouldnt play more for overclocking bells n whistles.

There are some boards that can overclock decently like the GA-Z78X-UD3H, then you have your top-tier boards that are geared toward bigger overclocks, usually having much beefier VRM setups and cooling solutions than standard boards.
Quite simply, if your overclocking aspirations aren't all that high, you don't need that good of a board. Especially with Haswell, since the chip itself now has in-built VRM's which mean even the cheapest of Z87 boards will get you respectable overclockability.

Which is better depends on your intent. There is no "better" stamp. Boards have a design for a function and often geared toward a certain intent. What is yours? what do you want to be able to do? what will you use it for?
