What does this mean on my Mobo?

it's a marketing thing. any mobo with a "Z" series chipset can overclock. for this generation, it will be Z87. that mobo is pretty much made to overclock, and it focuses on premium overclocking features over anything else. if you're just gaming or building a workstation, you're better off getting something in the Gigabyte UD3-5, or getting a Gigabyte "killer" series motherboard. getting an "overclock" board means you're paying for premium overclocking features that you may or may not need
