Best Gaming Headset

Trying to find the best gaming headset please help!

I have found these two:

Those seem pretty good. If you think there are better ones my specs are:

0-115$
Has to have a really good mike
Great comfort
dont really mind the looks
7.1 surround sound, also amazing sound
and usually USB are better so no wirreless

Thanks for any help it would mean allot! I know my list is pretty specific but any help would be really apreciated!

I just went the other way and gave away my Senn's..... had given up on wirelss and struggled with ripping the cords outta the plugs when I stood up ...... finally found a wireless set that works .... if I had problems, Id go back tot he wired Sennheisers
