After fault finding a pc for nearly a year, I decided to strip everything out to get to the bottom of this annoying rattle I've had, and now I've done it, it would appear my psu is the issue here, as I took out the psu and gave it a bit of a shake "hoping this doesnt make things worse", it turns out that whilst shaking it the rattle appeard, the rattle my wich happens constantly whilst playing games.

What PSU?

I'd suggest replacing it; something rattling is a very bad idea is something filled with easily shortable components.

Nova tech powerstation 500w modular, I actually was reading through the reviews, someone had a similar type of thing, but theirs wasn't major, where as in other threads people can tell you that mine for some odd reason gets extremely loud with a rattle/bubbling noise and generally doesn't go Aay until the temps on my gpu fade, to wich I find extremely weird.

I'd replace it on principle anyway - can't find any reviews, which is usually a bad sign. Something 400W+ from the brands in my sig should work, but I'd need to know specs.

Well, I'm getting a new gpu, it requires a 450w minimum psu, so some like that, the psu I currently have is under warranty, and there's lots of good reveries n the novatech site about it, with the rattle it gives, it's been bugging the absolute crap out of me for the lSt year, I had so many threads because I felt it was the gpu.
A change in gpu never hurts anyway, especially considering the power increase from myew one.

Weirdly enough, just running memtest86 to try find ram errors, and it is using a fair amount of psu by the sounds of things, as the rattles is there whilst running these tests, oh my I think something's prong.
