Computer Restarting frequently

I'm having a re-occurring issue with my PC, Sometimes when playing games the pc will randomly restart, other times when I turn on my Air conditioning unit the pc will restart.

The Computer and AC are plugged into two separate outlets, So I'm not really sure why it would cause it to reboot .

And sometimes I can play a game for a couple hours with no issues, and others it reboots the second the game loads

System Specs:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560
Amd Phenom X4 965 black edition
Diablotek 450W power supply
Windows 7 64 bit
4GB RAM

I monitor the hardware with HWmonitor and Nothing is overheating even under load

I really can't narrow down the cause of this issue because of the several things that can cause it, Any help would be greatly appreciated

Forgot to mention, Upon loading Furmark the computer instantly reboots, However prime 95 does not seem to be restarting my Computer after running for several minutes

you probably don't need to find another breaker if you put a better psu into your system. the problem is your psu is barely good enough for your system, and the small fluctuations in power on that line caused by the ac unit is killing it. your buddy is fine because his system has a better power supply.

Thanks for the quick reply, If i may i have just a few questions

Like why is it happening only when i load graphic intensive things instead of both graphic and CPU

and why is my air conditioner shutting it off. It's the middle of summer and I need it on but I cant use my computer if its on

i'd bet the ac unit is on the same power line as your system... and it's being overwhelmed... you could try another plug for the ac unit or pc.

I've already swapped to different outlets in my room and whats really strange is my friends computer plugged in right next to mine, doesn't restart when the air is turned on, Everything is fine except for my computer

That sounds like the best Thing I've got to go off of at the moment, It definitely sounds like the PSU is the problem
Thank you both for your information
