Solution
You need to explain how you get your broadband.
Is your broadband through your phone line at home known as ADSL.
Or do you have fiber optic cable broadband.

Or do you use a Usb 3g/4g internet dongle.

The reason why I am asking is because the router you listed is for use with 3g/4g.

1. Plug your 3g/4g usb dongle into the TP Link MR3020.
2. Connect your ethernet cable from your laptop to the router and login to the router.

3.While in the main menu of the router, pull the manual out that should of come with the router. Read the manual and follow the instructions.

The manual should cover anything you need to know, and how to set things up in the TP Link MR3020 router.
