the cooling system failure

well in my apartment my room gets very hot and i was wondering if that can cause a computer to think the cooling system failed. i checked that the fan works and it does and i checked the temperature and it looks normal at the moment...

With Pc make sure you blow the dust out of the fans when you see them start to clog up. Once and awhile take the side off and check that your gpu and CPU fan are moving and moving up to speed. Most fans when the berrings fail..slow down or just twitch when the pc is running.
