I was trying to overclocking the turbo on my i5-3570K with a gigabyte gaz77xd3h. I don't think it had enough volts, 1.12 and it boots and sometimes I can enter post and scroll through for a second then it freezes. Other times it freezes at post screen. Everything is left on default settings except CPU voltage. Sorry for limited details I had to post this on my phone.

Solution
It shoUld be a jumper..some mb have three or two pins.if it three pin set up move the jumper over to the other two pins with the pc off. Leave it for a few min then put back. On two pin set up remove the jumper....wait then place back on. Some newer mb have a red or black button marked clr-CMOS.
