This will be my first build and I want to make sure everything is compatible. I fit together as many combos as I could. The only component that gave me pause is the power supply. If the estimated wattage is around 440w, will it be sufficient for this build with a multi-monitor setup?

Main usage will be gaming -- multibox World of Warcraft and Call of duty.
Thanks in advance!

Minor changes to improve value. I assume you've had the whole 8GB vs 16GB discussion already.

Yes, I understand that 8gb of memory is more than adequate, but I usually run 2 instances of wow at a time, with Skype and a few browsers open, and other programs at the same time. After having a barely-getting-it-done PC for such a long time, I don't want to sacrifice multitasking.

Nvidia recommends a 600 watt power supply for the 770 and I was looking for at least semi-modular for cable management that had a sale/combo. I dunno if the memory you found will fit under the Phanteks cooler; the heat spreaders on it look a little tall. Thanks for your help :)
