You need download and install the intel chipset, and you will solve the problem.

thnx but i have downloaded all the drivers from asus and driver available under chipset is only intel mangement engine what is this?

You don't need it but if you already install it, you can either keep it or uninstall it. You just download and install the chipset driver from intel website because they will make the driver are mostly newer.
