I bought a new Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 (bought it for my old pc). I think today is the third day im using it. but till now my pc has terribly crashed to BSOD 4 times!!!

PS: I bought a new 1GB Simmtronics ram too (on the same day).

help me out.

my specs are:
CPU: Pentium 4 511 (@ 2.8GHz)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 2GB
RAM: 2GB DDR1 (Overclocked to 533MHz to match the bus speed. Is this causing something?)
Mobo: Intel D101GGC
HDD: 80GB ATA
Windows 7 32 Bit.

MY PC LAGGS LIKE HELL (After I installed the graphic card and the RAM). I'm sure that there's no fake product of stuff like that.
Is it because I had never used the PCIe slot before and it had rusted with dust or something?
How should I configure my graphics card? Is there something I need to do more?
i have installed catalyst and the drivers though.

Do u read what the BSOD says, like the error code or sth?

And such old machine not capable to use Windows 7, I think. I saw some fanatic guys installing Windows 7 on Pentium MMX PC on Youtube, but for u, the most suitable OS is Windows XP.

Why not dld Memtest +86 and do some chking of your memory. Probably the newly installed RAM causes the Blu Screen.
