Approximate Purchase Date: between this year and 2014

Budget Range: 400 to 800, but i don't want to spend the 800 unless its really necessary. The monitor is excluded from this budget, this is most for PC hardware.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Internet Browsing, Office Works

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: starting from 0

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, preferable Windows 7, I didn't enjoy at all the new Windows 8

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon only if possible

Location: LA, California

Parts Preferences: Intel just for the processor and perhaps nVidia for graphics card if budget can handle it

Overclocking: Maybe, I still need to do research on the subject

SLI or Crossfire: I don't know what that is

Your Monitor Resolution: I want to get a good monitor to play games in Full-HD, for the monitor I am willing to pay more, budget most of all is for PC hardware

Additional Comments: I recently have a really old PC and I want to build a new PC to be able to play all the games I can't play at their full potential on my PS3. I am thinking in playing games like Skyrim, Minecraft, Starcraft II, Team Fortress 2, Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, if possible with a good frame rate. And just a little detail is that I want a new mouse, I still have the ones with the trackball, i think it's called, and since I will be using it mostly for gaming I want one with laser or something like that. If the 800 can't do it for what I want, please give me the total budget I would need to have for it.
Thank you in advance from your response and thank you for your time.

This is built to overclock. It'll play BF3 on High maybe Ultra.

When people estimate the cost of building a system, they don't count in the little things, which can add up. I have included heatsink, case fans, thermal compound, they are all going to be for overclocking your cpu, which is probably a good idea since your primary use is for gaming.

Base price for this is around $710. WIth rebates, it comes down to $620.

Athlon II and 650 ti (non boost) is gonna play BF3 on Medium settings. Also, you forgot to include a monitor.

If you want to play BF4, you're going to need more power.
