What is wrong with my computer?

When I start my computer up, it will freeze during a game. The fix I found is changing my DRAM Voltage in TurboV Evo down from 1.6volts to 1.5 volts. Why is that?

What mobo, what CPU, what model/make of DRAM? As far as the above answer that Intel CPUs can only run 1.5 DRAM, it's one of the more ridiculous things I ever heard
