Desktop performance & Followed by other problem

HI, I am partha, i have lot's of problem with my pc..
My Desktop is assembled and the configuration is

Mother board : Intel DH55TC (DDR3 compatible)
Processor: Intel core i3 530 @2.93 GHz
RAM : 2+2 Zion DDR3
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce 210 1gb (FORSA)
LAN : Intex Ethernet Card. 10/100Mbps
PSU : intex 440w

+2 fan for cooling..

>> When i am playing games like NFS Hot pursuit 2010, Call of duty: Modern Warfare and other the performance is too bad for a desktop.. Some times when i am playing games the pc suddenly turned of itself and shows a boot message about processor temperature and ask king to press any key...

It is quite possible that your CPU cooler fan has died. Could you check if it is spinning when the PC is on?

And also you should know that your desktop PC is in the low end of computer components. The GT 210 is one of the lowest end video cards produced in the past 5 years. The 1156 socketed I3 530 is comparable to a 1155 socketed Sandy Bridge Pentium G840, which is a great CPU for Home Theater PC and old/lower tier games but not a good CPU for high-end gaming.

>> Fan is spinning when i am using pc.. i have checked it.. I don't understand i have 4gb of ram if my GPU is slow then can games be played in lower resolution or not??
can any software exceed performance of GPU???

No, your software cannon exceed the hardware limitations of your system. Lower the resolution and/or quality will certainly improve FPS.

3.0-4.5k in what currency? Could you translate that to USD or Euro?
