I'm buying a new computer and want to know if this computer I'm looking at in particular would run The Sims 3 and expansions on the highest settings and run smoothly without lag and crashes and thank you in advance. Here is the link

that PC does not have a discrete GPU so it won't do very good in games, only at low settings or some old one at medium/high

This was my second choice, it's a gaming computer, the specs look ok but I just wanna make sure it will run TS3 because that's what I'll use it for mainly.

that's not a very good build, a very weak GPU and an insufficient PSU, i recommend building ur own

Sims isn't that demanding on cpu or video card. BUT... a ssd drive REALLY helps it out.
