I'm looking for some opinions/advice on upgrading my PC.

It's not the best but currently I have:

Motherboard: Asus P5Q-VM
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz overclocked @ 4.04GHz
Memory: Kingston kvr667d2n5k2/4g
Video Card: BFG GeForce GTX 285 1G
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V8
Case: Cooler Master Elite 430
Power Supply: OCZGSX600 @ 600w

...and i'm looking to upgrade it.

So far i've looked at the following:

Motherboard: Asus H61M-E - $63.43
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 @ 3.2GHz - $194.97
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB x2 - $129.94
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB - $184.97
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB <-- keeping my old one
CPU Cooler (would prefer air): ???
Case: If needed
Power Supply: If needed

Total = $573.34

My budget is $500-$600 CAD before Tax and I only have 2 places I can buy from.

P.S. Intel (CPU) and Nvidia Video Card) only please. :)
P.P.S. It's a gaming PC

Advice?

That costs almost $100 more... is there a reason for those choices?

I usually have to play games at medium because my GPU starts to overheat due to poor cooling/damage, it peaks at 105c-107c on a full load and sits idle at ~60c.

Plus I thought it was about time to upgrade seeing as how my PC is 5-6 years old. :)
