My BIOS says that my CPU Temp is around 49-50-51ºC, my motherboard is a MSI B75MA-P45. I contacted the company who sold me the PC (Sedatech), and the answer was;

A CPU temperature of 50° is normal : it can even reach 80° without any problem, this is what will happen when you will play games. The Tj Max (Maximum junction temperature) of the CPU is about 100°

One point : in Bios, the CPU is always running at 100% because there is no regulation. If you run the PC under Windows and check the temperature (with HW Monitor for example), the CPU will be regulated so the temperature will be a bit lower, maybe at about 40°.

Even through HWMonitor doesn't say CPU Temp, my cores are around 33ºC-49ºC.

How bad is this?

PC is new I recieved it past Tuesday.

The absouted limit the core should run at is 75c, anything above that and you can fry the processer. With a stock heatfan, temps of 40-50 on idle are exceptable and temps of 60-69 are exceptable. Anything higher and you'll need an aftermaket solution like the Cooler Master Hyper Evo.
