Technically you could cut corners, buy a GTX 660 for 50$ cheaper, lose 12% performance and get a cheaper motherboard but that's it.

Cutting corners might be worth it, I'm not quite sure.
It depends whether you want the most bang for your buck or not.
If you do, grab the GTX 660 and a cheaper motherboard.

No overclocking with the 3350P and B75, but if that is something you are interested in there is enough budget remaining to go with a different MB and K-series CPU..
