If so, should I stick with my GTX 670 or upgrade my CPU?

Well the 760 performs slightly less than the 670, so you would be downgrading.

As exp0itfinder mentioned, if you already have a 670 then use that - a 760 is a downgrade from a 670.

Regarding your CPU - a 2500k stock-clocked can handle two 670 cards in SLI no problem. So upgrading your CPU isn't going to help your game performance enough to make a difference. A 2500k and 670 makes a solid gaming machine. If you are worried about your CPU holding you back and have a good CPU cooler and decent motherboard, then give it a modest overclock.

Bottleneck!!!! Highly doubt that. I currently use a 2500k with a 670. And like Expl0itfinder says; you'll be downgrading. Stick with the 670
