Need help connecting fan to system

Solution
You can go one of two ways. That fan has both a 3/4 pin connector on it (the smaller one) and a molex connection (4 prong). The molex will connect to the PSU and will have the fan running at 100% at all times. You could also connect the 3/4 pin to the motherboard (if there's an open connection on the motherboard. That will allow you to control the fan's speed through a variety of programs and even through the BIOS. It's up to you how you want to go about it.
