This is my build:
i5-4570
Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3
Kingston hyperX 2x4gb 1600mhz
Seagate 1tb 7.2k
Some LITE ON odd
2x Gigabyte HD 7850 2gb
Some Thermaltake case...
Corsair CX600

The mobo says that it has one pcie x16 slot running on x16 and one pcie x16 slot running on x4. Will the x4 running slot slow down one of my gpu's? Im pretty new to this pcie thing.

It's possible you may be running a couple fps lower than a setup using X8 or higher but thats pretty small in the bigger picture, I wouldn't worry about it. One thing I did find strange though is if you install a card in that second slot you will not be able to use the other two PCIeX1 slots. I read that on the manufacturer website, might want to think about it.
