ill use it for rendering and programs like 3ds max,revit, rhino..so which is better?

I would go lenovo instead. The GPU is faster and it is promoting.

But...I don't know whether running arche software needs a Professional GPU instead of Gaming GPU. Ask the college guys who study in such major to make sure.
