Hey guys, recently ran into an FPS problem randomly... on CoD4 and MW2 specifically, I have my FPS cap set on 145 because my monitor is 144hz and it always stays right at 144, well now when I move my mouse, it dives down to like 60fps, sometimes even 30fps... I've done all Windows 8 updates, my gfx card drivers are up to date, mouse drivers are up to date, I've also uninstalled both games and reinstalled. Still nothing.
