hello guys i bought an amd 250 the cpu cooler was fairly quiet even under load but it died a week ago sooo i bought a new stock cooler but this one is really really loud even hitting 5-6K RPM's sooo my question is what is the best cooler that is quiet within the 30-60 dollar range?

thank you very much :)

If quiet is the name of the game:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186059

That's a pretty good all-in-one package. If you can catch it on sale for $30, that's even better.

Alternatively, you could buy either a Coolermaster 212 EVO, or a Xigmatek Gaia. Both are quiet within their own rights, although noticeable at full tilt. If you replaced their main fan with an Arctic Cooling F12 PWM fan ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186033 ), the same fan that powers the A30 Freezer heatsink, you end up paying the same cost. Just mentioning it so you're aware of your options.

Lastly, I have no personal experience with this one, but this looks like a good deal...
