First off, my future specs are
-AMD FX 6350 Black Edition 3.9GHz Six-Core Socket A

I've been staring at this page for a long time
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007625%20600138080%20600158776%20600009017&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&CompareItemList=22%7C13-131-942%5E13-131-942-TS%2C13-138-345%5E13-138-345-TS%2C13-138-373%5E13-138-373-TS&percm=13-131-942%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24%3B13-138-345%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24%3B13-130-634%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24%3B13-138-373%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24%3B13-153-246%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24
1) Will a 500W power supply, supply enough power?
2) I am assuming its best to have the 6 SATA with an SSD right?
3) Will my ram's speed work with these motherboards?
3.5) Why does all these motherboards say (OC) under memory standard? Do I have to manually overclock my board or is it automatic for those speeds?
4) What additional factors should I consider?
Thanks in Advance!!!!
