First off, my future specs are

-AMD FX 6350 Black Edition 3.9GHz Six-Core Socket A
-G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-1866C9D-8GAB
-COOLMAX ZX Series ZX-500 500W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V v2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply
-SAPPHIRE 100354OC-2L Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card
-Kingston HyperX 3k SSD
-Old Sony's MicroATX Heavy duty Aluminum Case

Now I'm torn between 3 choices
1) BIOSTAR A880GZ AM3+ AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
2)BIOSTAR A960D+ AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
3)ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G HDMI USB 3.0 uATX AMD Motherboard

I've been staring at this page for a long time :(

1) Will a 500W power supply, supply enough power?
2) I am assuming its best to have the 6 SATA with an SSD right?
3) Will my ram's speed work with these motherboards?
3.5) Why does all these motherboards say (OC) under memory standard? Do I have to manually overclock my board or is it automatic for those speeds?
4) What additional factors should I consider?

Thanks in Advance!!!!

Solution
1) I would not recommend using the Coolmax PSU. OCZ Model OCZ550FTY

2) The AMD 760G (780L)/SB710 AM3+ models use SATA 3Gb/s not SATA 6Gb/s.
3) ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 manual states (2-12) you can manually configure Memory Clock speed to 800MHz which is the correct setting for 1600MHz DDR3 memory. No mention of a 933MHz BIOS setting is made. You also need to manually set the DRAM timings.

I would expect installing memory and leaving everything set to Auto would be good enough to get the machine running.

Love Asus, never had an issue over 30+ boards. 500 is on the low side. step up to a 650/700. SSD FTW, but check out the samsung 840 series. Yes, but more RAM would be nice. OC means it is capable of overclocking typically. You seem on point, don't forget cooling.

I'm confused now; sorry in advance,
Why did you divide the motherboard's suppported ram in half?

You do not need to OC anything.
