First I'll show you what I may be buying.

Case: Thermaltake Spacecraft VF-I Case w/ 500W PSU (Site doesn't say what PSU it is)

Case fan: DeepCool UF140 140mm Ultra Silent Case Fan

CPU: AMD Piledriver FX-6300

CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

RAM: 8Gb DDR3 G.Skill 1X8Gb 1600Mhz

I haven't chosen a motherboard yet as I'm unsure of a good quality AM3+, ATX motherboard.
I already have a HDD, DVD drive and GPU. I have hd 7750 powercolor ddr3 2gb GPU.
The parts all in total will cost AU $460.95 if I don't upgrade my current GPU.

Now to the questions.

Is this a good deal?
Am I missing anything?
Is this a good build for the price?
Should I upgrade my GPU to something that costs $100-$150?

Thanks a lot in advance.

http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemNumber=N82E16813157262 This is a good MB.
I wouldn't get a case with a built-in PSU. They are rubbish quality. I'd buy yourself a good separate one. The 7750 GPU is quite low-end. It all depends on what you wanna do but for decent gaming is upgrade to a GTX 650Ti Boost at around $150. Again, look at budget and needs, but that's a good deal. Good luck and feel free to ask any questions!

Thanks a lot for the advice regarding the video card. The link you gave me doesn't show me a motherboard though.
