Maximum I can pay $1800 , i want to buy it this month , if will be there a new good Ultrabook. I can wait 3 months because i have now my old desktop.

There are plenty of laptops with Haswell i7's in them, but not so many Ultrabooks at the moment since it takes time to get them certified, etc., etc. You'd think Intel would do a better job with helping OEMs get them to market faster.

Newegg doesn't list any Ultrabooks with Haswell i7's at the moment. I looked around to see who made the best one at the moment, but then gave up because of how inaccessible every manufacturer's website was. So my advice is to wait until Newegg/some other reputable distributor has a good selection of them to choose from. It won't take long, within 3 months (maybe within a few weeks) there will be a good selection of the latest Ultrabooks outfitted with all the Haswell goodness anyone could handle.
