Case Fans NZXT Phantom 410 Fan Controllers

I'm going to add 4 more case fans into my Nzxt Phantom 410, but idk alot about the fan controller. I know that it has 4 small molex connectors and 1 larger molex connector which connects to a sata cable for energy. I need to know if the smaller molex connectors connect into the wire that the case fan is internally connected to because I think that usually case fans connect to the motherboard. If the smaller molex connectors do connect into the case fan wire, does it require 4 pin or 3 pin so i can buy the fan

Whatever you need the fans that are controlled by the fan controller, you connect those fans into the 3pin molex (small one). And if you need add more fans that need connect to the fans controller, you want to buy the fans have the 3pin molex, if fans have the 4pin then you need buy some 4pin to 3pin adapters because the fan controller only has the 3pin molex.

Both of them are 3pin fan, they will work perfectly.
