Computer screen rolling uncontrollably

When I go to websites, Hotmail etc that have white backgrounds & even Fbook. My computer screen rolls up & down uncontrollably & my mouse is inactive unless I press the middle button down on it & also use the left button.I get bounced out of Fbook & other pages. I don't think I have any viruses & I have downloaded multiple anti virus programs &done scans. I have been told it is a software problem. I can't system restore early enough. Help Please

Nope! Thanx anyway!

I will have to revise my answer. I actually did a diagnostic on my keyboard..........had done the mouse instead and it found that my USB wasn't working. At this stage I seem to be able to type on white pages etc (including this one) without getting bumped out. So I may have been hasty in saying 'Nope'. So thank you for the suggestion and possible answer. I also have recently deleted JAVA as I was finding to many updates but I think this is coincidental. Hopefully the problem will stay 'fixed'. I'm crossing my fingers
