How can i get a free copy of windows 8 64 bit?

Now windows costs about 90 bucks and i just dont have money for it and want to put a little bit more into a better PSU.
If any of you guys have a way please tell me.

Ill also take any suggestions on the build or help getting a good PSU. Thanks.

You can't exactly get a free windows 8 disc. If you have a computer with Windows 8 on it, make a repair disc and install that onto the new computer.

Well I dont have a computer with windows 8 on it. I have this one with windows 7 how would i make a repair disc on this?

The simple answer, you cant.
If you cant afford Windows, I recommend you look into a free Linux distribution like Ubuntu or Mint. Zorin is a Ubuntu mod that's made to mimic Windows fairly closely in term of GUI.

Seriously, I know people seem to hate Microsoft for some reason, but it's not free for them to develop Windows.. There are legal ways to get discounted Windows (if you know someone that works there they can usually buy it from the company store and gift it to you), but trying to get a free copy just kind of comes off as sketchy.
